   "Kevin is a natural teacher and loves sharing his passion for Feldenkrais.
   I have taken his workshops and classes and am recently getting regular one on one sessions with him twice a month and am loving how free and easy I am feeling in my body.
   My posture is changing and I am finding I feel my weight sink into my mattress at night that is like a long lost memory of how my body can relax. My head feels like a bobble head after a session.
   I have been using the recordings from the classes and am familiar enough with some of the lessons to be able to have a daily 30 minute practice which helps me maintain what I’m getting from the individual lessons.
