Bones  for  Life

Bones for Life® is a program that develops flexibility, boosts bone and muscle strength, and improves posture, balance, and walking through gentle movement processes developed by Ruthy Alon, a Feldenkrais movement pioneer.

Bones for Life distills many seminal discoveries from the world of Feldenkrais into short easily learned processes for improving fundamental movements such as sitting, walking and getting up and down from the ground.

Once learned, the processes can be easily recalled and practiced in a few seconds or a few minutes, depending on the process, and gradually become a new way of moving in the world.

Many people who take Bones for Life experience significant and lasting improvements in their daily functioning and the reduction or elimination of chronic pain conditions.
